This instructional video is focusing on the more advanced one arm hang training. In it we go over the basic strength requirements and key points to correct practices to help maximize your training and reduce the risk of injury. One arm hang training is a more advanced form of finger training as it also requires a certain amount of shoulder strength, therefore it is only included in our more advanced training programs. As with two arm hang training, as it is an effective way to build finger strength but it is also an intense form of training for the fingers so needs to be done in the correct way and as part of a structured training plan.
